As the war in Ukraine shows no sign of ending, there is an urgent need for new hosts willing to support Ukrainian families.

If you have some space in your home, then hosting a refugee can be a very rewarding experience.
Ukrainian families coming to the UK via the Homes for Ukraine scheme move in with host families. In return both hosts and guests receive support and hosts are given a monthly thank you payment. Hosts are asked to make a commitment of 6 months, however shorter term placements may also be considered.
Epsom & Ewell Refugee Network employs two staff members to support hosts and guests as part of the Homes for Ukraine scheme in partnership with Epsom & Ewell Borough Council.
There is an urgent need for more hosts, not just for new arrivals but also for families who may need to move on from their initial host family due to changes in circumstances.
We work closely with Refugees at Home for anyone interested in offering support as a host for any refugee for a shorter period of time. We would be happy to meet you and chat about how this could work for you.
See our Guide for Hosts for those who are new to hosting.
We are based at the Ukrainian Hub in Global House, 1 Ashley Avenue, Epsom KT18 5AD
