Our Help Desk is open twice a week.

The Help Desk provides one-off advice and support on a range of topics, including on issues such as housing support, help with schools, and accessing services and benefits.  

These sessions run for 45 minutes, unless a longer appointment has been booked in advance. 

Help Desk hours are:

Tuesdays and Fridays 

10am-2pm
